Iconic Landmark = a 100-storey landmark tower, MATRADE Centre to be Malaysia's largest exhibition and convention centre
Project Total Area = 25.3 hectares (62.5-acre) off Jalan Duta
Local / Foreign Investors = Malaysia's NAZA Group





TAMANSARI RIVERSIDE GARDEN CITY
Gross Development Value = RM12 billion
Iconic Landmark = RM1.5 billion 60-storey Revolving Tower, first of its kind in the world
Project Total Area = 22.3 hectares (55-acre) on Pekeliling, Jalan Tun Razak
Local / Foreign Investors = Malaysian, Thai and Australian consortium

Gross Development Value = RM6.5 billion
Iconic Landmark = "the world's newest financial district"
Project Total Area = 34.4 hectares (85-acre) on Dataran Perdana, off Jalan Tun Razak

Iconic Landmark = "KL's integrated green city"
Project Total Area = 9.86 hectares (24-acre) on former Kg Abdullah Hukum, next to Mid Valley City
